Both are basic computer-literacy certificates, but they are run by different bodies and asked for in different job notifications. Here is the difference in plain words.
Quick answer
Short answer: choose MS-CIT if you want Maharashtra state government jobs or work with employers in Maharashtra – it is run by MKCL and is the certificate most state notifications ask for. Choose CCC if a central government or other-state notification asks for it – it is run by NIELIT under the Government of India. If you are unsure, read the exact notification you are applying for; many students in Mira Road and Palghar simply do both.

Always confirm the requirement in the official notification – the wording ("MS-CIT or equivalent", "CCC from NIELIT", etc.) decides which certificate is accepted.
TIIT teaches both courses at its Mira Road head office (opposite Mira Road station, East), Bhayandar (East) and Boisar (West) branches. Dahisar and Kashimira students use Mira Road; Naigaon, Vasai, Nalasopara and Virar students usually use Bhayandar; Saphale and Palghar students use Palghar.
Neither is better in general. MS-CIT is the usual requirement for Maharashtra state government jobs; CCC (by NIELIT) is more often asked for central government jobs. Pick the one your target job notification names.
Yes, CCC is a Government of India certificate and is valid everywhere, but many Maharashtra state notifications specifically ask for MS-CIT or an equivalent. Check the notification you are applying to.
Both take about 3 months at TIIT, with morning, evening and weekend batches. Call +91 90768 32616 for current batch timings and fees.
MKCL issues the MS-CIT certificate after its exam, and NIELIT issues the CCC certificate after its exam. TIIT trains and prepares you for both.
