There is no single 'best' computer course – the right one depends on the job you want. Start with your goal, then pick the course.
Quick answer
Short answer: after 10th, start with DCA or MS-CIT for strong basics. After 12th, pick by goal – Tally Prime with GST for accounts, Advanced Excel for MIS/data roles, Python or Web Designing for an IT career, Graphic Designing or Video Editing for creative work, and MS-CIT/CCC for government-job eligibility.
